Soon your body does not have what it needs to maintain a good bowel movement. There you have it – constipation is just around the corner. You literally pick it up at the drive-thru on your way home from work. You bring it home from the supermarket by leaving the good stuff on the shelf.

The next steps require a change of your lifestyle. Start drinking more water and reduce caffeine intake from coffee and sodas. Avoid fast food restaurants completely and add some fiber to your diet. If fiber-rich products are too expensive to buy, use a fiber supplement to up your fiber intake to at least 35 grams of fiber.
